Blue aventurine is a type of quartz in blue colors, from pale blue to deep azure.

This blue aventurine pendant was hand cut and shaped, then tumble polished. It is slightly domed on both sides with a 2.5mm hole drilled front to back and strung on a cord with sliding knots so it can be adjusted from 15" to 28" in length.
